If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your application right after completing the payment, please contact the visa application website directly. The quickest method is to reply to the confirmation email or reach out to them as soon as you receive the confirmation letter. If your visa hasn’t been processed yet, they can help you make corrections.
In some cases, if the visa approval letter has already been issued or the visa is being processed, no changes can be made. In such situations, you will need to reapply for a new visa.
For Visa on Arrival: If you receive your visa and find errors (not due to your own input), immediately contact the agency website. They will assist you in correcting the information. However, the correction time will be the same as the standard processing time. If you need the visa approval letter urgently, you will need to pay for an emergency service. (This is why we always recommend applying at least 1 month before your trip and checking the visa information as soon as you receive the approval letter.)
