根據《外國人在越南出入境和居留條例》（2000年4月28日第24/2000/PL-UBTVQH 10號）第三章第6條規定的越南移民政策，越南落地簽證必須由越南國際旅行企業組織，並經越南移民局批准。
因此，申請人不能直接在抵達時申請簽證，他們需要通過一個授權的簽證代理機構來辦理。
在線申請落地簽證批文的費用：6美金（1個月單次入境）-》收到簽證批文用來登機並在越南機場領取簽證。
抵達機場再支付：25美金（1個月單次入境）-〉領取簽證。
